Established in 1955, Willow Wood is a premier shotgun sports club nestled on 80 acres in the heart of Westchester County/Putnam County. Originally founded a Trap Shooting club, Willow Wood has evolved to offer a wide range of shotgun disciplines, including 4 trap fields for singles, doubles and wobble, 5-Stand and our hidden gem; a 15-station Sporting Clays course with 4 traps per station for all levels of target difficulty. Willow Wood is the area's premier destination for shotgun shooting enthusiasts.

Our 5-Stand course delivers all the excitement and variety of sporting clays in a compact, fast-paced format. Shooters rotate through five stations, each offering a different combination of targets launched from multiple trap machines. Expect everything from crossing birds and rising teals to rolling rabbits — no two stands are the same.

Each round consists of singles, report pairs, and true pairs, designed to challenge both experienced shooters and those new to the sport. The setup allows for a fun, social environment while still testing accuracy, timing, and focus.
